Our Trend 45, although it is the smallest in the Trend range it is easily the most versatile. It is extremely well built and offers a contemporary exterior and interior for those who like the modern style of open plan interiors.  It is the prefect annexe or luxury home office or guest accommodation.

This model has two bedrooma, a bathroom and its signature open plan living space with the angled glass wall giving optimal light and space into the living, dining and kitchen area. The large full height windows make Trend 45 ideal for use as an artists studio.

Triple glazing and superior insulation in the floors, walls and ceilings make these homes very energy efficient to run and a plaster finish interior is the perfect finishing touch to this ultra-modern design.

In its default layout Trend 45 is configured with two bedrooms. It is also available with one bedroom, or with the internal space configured as one single open area.
