Our Tallskäret 50 is the smallest house in the Tall-hus family and although compact, it would be ideal as an annexe or guest accommodation. It offers two small bedoroms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Tallskäret 50 is available in a variant with a reduced roof pitch to keep the height of the cabin below 4m so it may be built in gardens without planning permission under your 'permitted rights'.
