Tallbo 45 is an ideal size for a cost effective holiday log cabin. With its approximately 38 square meters of living space it has space for two bedrooms, toilet and living room with kitchen plus an optional covered terrace. It is also an ideal size for a family member to live in to ease overcrowding in your house.

Living in a garden cabin

You are allowed under your 'permitted rights' to erect a building in your garden without planning permission so long as it conforms to some simple requirements described on our planning permission page. So long as the cabin does not have a kitchen and is used solely by members of your family then it is not a separate dwelling and will not need planning permission. If it is used as sleeping accommodation it will however need to conform to Building Regulations. ScanVista can do all the liaison with Building Control for you.
