Jarven Chalet Houses

The Jarven range is a very attractive one and a half storey chalet house.  A large terrace is covered by an overhanging roof which provides shelter which makes a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the long summer evenings. Triple glazed double doors lead into a lounge area which has a high barrel vaulted ceiling up to the roof. The high ceiling gives a terrific sense of space not possible in a conventional house, Behind the lounge are bedrooms and bathroom and a staircase leads up to a mezzanine floor where there is a loft room which forms part of the lounge space. The mezzanine area is ideal as a study or kids games room.

Jarven Chalet log homes come in sizes from sixty square metres, up to one hundred and twenty square metres and make excellent family homes or holiday lodges.

Like the other products from Jorntrahus the Jarven range is constructed from top quality Pine logs from the far North of Sweden, and are fitted with quality triple glazed windows in Pine frames as standard. The default flooring is 25mm thick Baseco Pine floorboards in the lounge, and chipboard in the bedrooms. Walls are finished either in log profiled Pine panelling, or plasterboard. Jarven chalets even come with a sauna room built into them.
